Meetings with the Board of Directors are posted on the Calendar in PayHOA. You can find copies of agendas and past minutes in the Documents section of PayHOA.Â
If a meeting is canceled or changed, this will be reflected on the PayHOA calendar.
Approved meeting minutes are available in the documents section of PayHOA. Meeting minutes are approved at the next scheduled meeting and then uploaded.
Log into your owner's portal through PayHOA
There you can do the following:
Update your contact information
View and Pay your quarterly dues
Check the calendar for upcoming events
Receive updates regarding resort happenings
Report any maintenance issues and get updates regarding your submissions
